Order Status? Really, your order has to pass through several states before it could reach your home. Many processes & people are involved to execute those different stages to make sure you get your order on time & well in shape. Following are the states through which the order goes through in a simplified way for you.
Pending Authorization
If you have already
completed the payment process & the amount has been deducted but you still
see your order in Pending Authorization in that case, bank has not yet
transferred the money to us.
On very few instances bank
manually validate the authenticity of your payment to prevent fraud. As soon as
we get a go ahead from your bank, we make your order status Authorized.
Authorized
We have received the
payment approval from the bank and we are about to begin the processing of your
order.
Most of the products are
shipped directly from our sources, these products directly updated to Ready
to Ship status after getting authorized. Although they will be processed
and shipped only as per the specified shipping duration mentioned against the
item while placing your order.
Being Processed
We have started the
process of procuring the items in your order and are waiting for them to be
delivered to us so we can start shipping your order to your mentioned address.
Ready to ship
We have procured the items
in your order, have packed the items and will handover the consignment to our
delivery partner for shipment.
Shipped
Your order has already
been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Delivered
The order has already been
delivered to the delivery location specified by you.
