What to do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from

If an item ordered by you at is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, you could reach our customer care at 080 - 49091234 or write to us for a replacement. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from your home at our cost and will ship out the replacement item without extra charges.

How can I return a product ordered from

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on, we offer you a “No Questions Asked Return Policy.” Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

“No Questions Asked Return Policy” won’t cover Mobiles, Home and Kitchen appliances, Consumer Durables, Electronics items & Gold Coins. Incase of any kind of malfunctioning the item should to be taken to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer.

In case of Jewellery shipped within India, the “No Questions Asked Return Policy” is valid till 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any item sourced from outside India.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You need to return any product bought from our store within seven days from the receipt of the shipment. However, for Jewellery shipped within India, the maximum return period allowed is 30 days from the date of delivery to you.

How and when will I get my refund?

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used Indiaplaza Reward Points / Indiaplaza Gift Certificate / Pre-paid account, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque or cash.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail to us.


  1. This is unbelievable - just last month you guys shipped the wrong product to me and then told me that I will have to ship the product back to you on my own if I want a replacement. Multiple tickets did not help, and I was bluntly told to either ship the product back or forget about it.

    So please, do not mislead your customers by telling them that "We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from your home at our cost and will ship out the replacement item without extra charges." - this is a blatant lie.

    no response no reply no answer of email or query (ticket).
    i think why should place an order on this site.every time ticket says your product shipped.but reality is that i have not receive yet.
    never ever go for this site. total waste of time. worst site in the world.try the greatest and best ebay and for computer related
    i have place complain against this site and they will take necessary steps soon..
    so beware of this site. india p-pass laza-naja.

    I had raised a ticket to cancel CNT0501120067 my order & do the refund for the order number: I04011201181
    Refund amount is Rs. 13999.00

    I've been calling up your customerservice everyday & u hopeless fools could not resolve it & do the refund nor respond to the ticket. U DUMB IDIOTIC FOOLS. If u can't serve the customer properly, why the hell r u guys doing the business & harassing us. Have u guys bothered to look into your facebook support page, u shameless thick skin people u r least bothered to respond to them & resolve the issues.

  5. You are making such huge claims but for me till date you have not been able to resolve the faulty product issue with ticket number CNT1012110027, raised on 10 Dec 2010. Today is 18 Jan 2012 which is 49 days and counting. When shall this issue get resolved. Either ship me a replacement or give me a refund. Your seniors are also never available and always the call center guys make promises that we will call back with status but there again you fail. Hope someone with real Customer centric approach will read this and resolve.
